HORRIBLE STAFF minus Brad
July 23, 2019The staff here is horrible! They do not care about you. They DO NOT want to fix anything or feel responsible for anything within the apartment. When I first moved in, I couldn’t get the mailbox key to work. I got yelled at and told I had been there for weeks so if it doesn’t work I broke it. Pool is closed all the time without a reason and hot tub is NOT heated half the time. Brad is an exception, talk to him whenever possible.Review from Apartments.com
Rude
September 20, 2016I called to ask for information and after a few rings a man picked up, there was no greeting or mention of it being an apartment building at all. He starts off the conversation by telling me they were closed for lunch. Why would someone pick up the line if they aren't working? I thought fine, I'll call back some other time but he continues talking and asks me what I am looking for. I tell him and he says they have 2 units available, when I start asking for details he tells me they are closed and ...to call back during normal business hours. Why bother asking me what I was looking for then? All of this could have been avoided if he had just not picked up the phone. He just handled the call wrong.
