Grand Elizabeth Manor is a brand new eight story development located in the heart of Nolita and Little Italy. Every resident in GEM will enjoy the building's lovely high tech features and gorgeously designed meticulous finishes. Upon entering, each resident has their own Key FOB key access which grants them access to the entrance of the building, along with an exclusive entry to their resident floor only. Every FOB is registered along with advanced surveillance camera technology in every corner of the building in order to maximize security. This technology is cleverly synced with each apartment's private virtual doorman feature to allow our resident's have guests, visitors and deliveries with the utmost safety and security. Every apartment in GEM features high end energy efficient green friendly appliances and utilities. Our kitchens' all feature sparking stainless steel appliances, Caesar stone granite counter tops, and beautifully patched wooden tiled floors. In order to maximize temperature control for each resident's preference, each unit has remote controlled air conditioning and thermal heat. Every bathroom in GEM features a vanity sink along with shower/faucet controls with maximized water pressure for our resident's comfort. Need some fresh air? Our exclusive rooftop on the 9th floor features remarkably outstanding views of the Empire State building along with the entire scope of Midtown Manhattan facing north of the building. Fortunately, GEM was constructed on the corner of Grand Street giving you majestic views of the New World Trade Center along with the entire financial district facing South as well. GEM's management team is on a fully 24/7 on call service in the event of any emergencies, lockouts, or hands on situation you may have trouble with. This service guarantees that the building remains constantly immaculate, spotless and well secured.
