Great apartment so far seems to be very clean and well kept. I like the many shelf areas where you can put decorations on. it is an older building however, only has phone jacks in place of ethernet ports which does suck. overall management seems to be really on top of things and I would give this place a sold 8/10.

Things have improved a bit. The maintenance has gotten better since there's a larger staff. There's no longer a business center nor free coffee to create an HOA office, which is disappointing. The last couple of times I went to the rec center, the bathrooms in the office hall were locked once it closed and the pool bathrooms were out of order. One of those needs to be open for anyone using the rec center for obvious reasons. If there's concern of vandalism or misuse of the bathrooms, that's why ...

I have been living at Grande Reserve now A full year. I enjoyed the neighborhood, apartment, etc so much I decided to renew my lease for anther year. When I first moved in I had a few hiccups but the manager Charlie took the time to make everything better. Any concerns that I have addressed to him he has taken care of. Maintenance staff is amazing as well. My only complaint would be the gym. I would love for the gym to be available 24 hours. I am an early bird & have to be at work at 9, so I ...
prefer to work out at 6am & cant. I also don't like that residents cannot go through the back gate. It has not been available for years. It would be much more convenient to go thru that back gate sometimes because the front is always backed up. Management please look into those two things-allowing 24 access to the gym & FINALLY fixing the back gate. Other that that I love living here!

From the time I have moved in this place has been a nightmare. Not only are these apartments infested with roaches, but the maintenance team does not know how to properly fix things and close out work orders as if they actually worked on the issue. The management here is terrible and doesn't help the residents. Do yourself a favor and don't move here

The community is okay being from NY I just expected a lot more than what is offered. Would be nice if the office would answer their phone instead of making people come into the office as well as the staff should really tell where everything in the community is located how many exits are here so on and so forth

Recent experience has been good. There are a few things that need improvement: the side gate has been in need of repair for years. The mats in the rec center need to be replaced and the televisions no longer work. Aside from that, the location is great, the maintenance crew (and especially Jonathan) deserves the highest praise and are incredibly friendly, and the office staff always does their best to make sure you're taken care of.
