January 5, 2026Just moved in last week, apartment was clean and ready for move in. Move in went well, but no elevators and we're on the 3rd floor, so have help for your move. Quiet at night, amenities look good once we're settled we will utilize all.Property Manager Responded

November 21, 2025Apartment is pretty fair for the price. Some things missing; such as random baseboards. Also wasn’t completely clean on move in as I was expecting. Fire place does not work, but it’s Florida, so it’s okay.Property Manager Responded

October 25, 2025Honestly having the HOA people here has made a huge difference. The office tends to need people to follow up on maintenance orders or issues at the complex while the HOA people seem to just get things done. It's a relief. So sad to see the hot tub leave so hopefully new accommodations come because I feel every few years we lose more and more.Review from Apartments.com

July 25, 2025Great apartment so far seems to be very clean and well kept. I like the many shelf areas where you can put decorations on. it is an older building however, only has phone jacks in place of ethernet ports which does suck. overall management seems to be really on top of things and I would give this place a sold 8/10.Property Manager Responded

July 10, 2025Things have improved a bit. The maintenance has gotten better since there's a larger staff. There's no longer a business center nor free coffee to create an HOA office, which is disappointing. The last couple of times I went to the rec center, the bathrooms in the office hall were locked once it closed and the pool bathrooms were out of order. One of those needs to be open for anyone using the rec center for obvious reasons. If there's concern of vandalism or misuse of the bathrooms, that's why ...security does their rounds.Property Manager Responded
