I love living here. It's unfortunate my downstairs neighbors are so loud and disrespectful to our whole building. After a long day coming home to quiet would be nice I appreciate the pool and rec center and love all the activities you put on and hope for more during the summer

Management has not been good at all about addressing smoking inside of the buildings. Despite several attempts to contact someone via email, I haven’t received a message back and I am becoming increasingly frustrated with the smell of weed leeching into my apartment. Don’t care if it’s medicinal, the lease says no smoking inside units and I would like clean air in the place where I live…

Honestly loving the HOA, I feel like they get things done which is refreshing. It's quiet and I appreciate fixing the dumpster, hopefully the side gate will be fixed soon too. Building 12 could REALLY use a pressure washing as the floors look gross and the side of the building is starting to mold and mildew bad with the erosion.

Apartment is pretty fair for the price. Some things missing; such as random baseboards. Also wasn’t completely clean on move in as I was expecting. Fire place does not work, but it’s Florida, so it’s okay.

Honestly having the HOA people here has made a huge difference. The office tends to need people to follow up on maintenance orders or issues at the complex while the HOA people seem to just get things done. It's a relief. So sad to see the hot tub leave so hopefully new accommodations come because I feel every few years we lose more and more.
