Amazing Experience
February 6, 2023I would like to make a shout out to Kayla! She goes above and beyond for her residents! She answers her phone and email all hours of the night! The staff keep the building looking great at all times, and the maintenance is fast and very friendly. Moving can be hectic and with Kayla’s help it made it less stressful! She gives treats to the pets and cares about the animals just as much as the residents. There are a lot of resident events that I enjoy! Great apartment!
February 6, 2023Grey stone flats was my first apartment out of college. The building is always clean and the staff is more than welcoming and friendly, knowing and speaking with most residents on a first name basis. The parking garage is great and easy to use, the community the building is located in is nice with plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. The apartment layouts are great and the space is used efficiently. I have never had a problem that couldn’t be fixed within a weeks time. Love living here
April 3, 20225 stars and more! We moved to Gray Stone Flats in November 2021. We couldn't be happier with our new flat. New construction, they opened in 2021! Kayla is our Community Property Manager and she is truly awesome, taking care of the residents questions and needs very well. The lease signing and moving in process was smooth and trouble-free. Kayla made the whole process easy and efficient. The Maintenance team is also absolutely spectacular! We have had no issues and nothing major to fix. Our ...furnace had a small problem in January, but it was fixed very quickly. We are very warm and comfortable in our unit. The added bonus of the Community Room with Caribou coffee and Latte machine is wonderful in the morning. The movie theatre and gym are also great additions! Everyone we have met in our building has been friendly and welcoming. A super nice place to live, very well insulated walls so it is very quiet, nice neighborhood areas to walk outside, and the heated underground garage is magic in the Winter! Nice building, but Horrible Management
November 19, 2021The building is new and nicely furnished. My family enjoys the amenities it offers. However, management is just awful. There is only 1 staff member for the entire building. She is completely unorganized and is very little help when problems arise. Multiple times a week we receive threatening emails from management saying they’re “watching the cameras” or going to start giving out fines. It is extremely unprofessional and irritating. We feel there is little privacy and that we’re constantly being ...watched on camera. Nerve wracking to say the least.
