I would return to this community
January 24, 2025I rented a 2 bedroom apartment & it was large and has plenty of closet space along with a quiet environment. I loved everything about my apartment because these units are much larger than more expensive contenders. Sure, the units are older and might not have modern updates, but everything works and the management is great. Mature trees made my experience even better. I’d say the only things I wished I had would be a balcony & garage. However, these apartments units are extremely affordable ...compared to any others. Good memories were made here, and hopefully I can return here someday soon. Laundry cards are rechargeable and can be filled with cash or credit at the leasing office location. Storage lockers are available for most units. My apartment was clean when I moved in & the same when I moved out. You’ll get your security deposit back if you actually maintain your place!!!! April 30, 2023these units are absolutely gross. every time they repaint, they just paint over dust and dirt. we found the old tenants garbage behind the fridge and in other places. we have had a leaky ceiling for 5 months now and took it into our own hands to get it tested, IT IS BLACK MOLD!!!. property management told us "not all black mold is dangerous, javier knows what he is doing and will fix it". theres always someone selling drugs outside the building and smoking weed. dont even try to bring up concerns ...to management because they will basically laugh in your face. we have found used needles by the dumpsters and theres always people either sleeping by them or digging in them. NOT SAFE, ETHICAL, HEALTHY, OR CLEAN!!!!!!!!!!!!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

March 31, 2023I moved in September 2022 & moved out February 2023 because i couldn't stand to live & continue paying rent somewhere where they don't care about their tenants, they never resolve issues you bring up, there's mold, the security doors were broke never needed to use the key to enter, it was absolutely terrible. July 4, 2020Been here 9 years - two owners over time. 1st owner in 2009 was GREAT - no issues. When Glendale Development took over early 2010s - the staff is unprofessional, unethical, busy bodies and gossip about tenants. (high turnover as well) Complex and regional mangers are rude and disrespectful - same as the qualities of the office staff. Maintenance requests are a joke, but because of the office staff, not actual maintenance staff. (javier and miguel are very nice) Maintenance requests go missing or ...were never filed etc even if multiple tenants in one building complin about same issue. Everything is prioritized by office staff's opinion of importance. Not important to them, doesn't get addressed. Don't bother complaining about anything or have suggestions/opinions - they don't care. September 20, 2019Grecian Gardens has spacious, clean and well cared for; apartments. The sound level is minimum to none.The staff members are so friendly and respectful. Pay your rent on time. Keep your electricity bill paid. STAY AWAY!!
August 23, 2018These apartments are disgusting inside and out. Maintenance doesn't do anything unless you call 100 times. Even when they "fix" something it's very poor quality and it usually breaks soon afterwards. There's bats, rats, leaky ceilings and mold. Homeless people sneak into the buildings to sleep and there people outside constantly smoking or selling drugs. Do yourself and stay away!!Review from Apartments.com
