    Management and owners change every few years. Management that is in now Mrs Green is the worst all she wants to do is move her family into the complex. Maintenance is ok just can't do much so you have to wait forever for contractors. Don't move here unless it is a last resort

    This is a wonderful community to reside in! My townhouse was like brand new when I moved in a few months ago. The ladies in the office are fantastic! always caring and addressing anything that may need attention. The grounds are always maintained beautifully, the dumpsters are emptied on a regular basis, and I always feel safe as they have 24 hour security. I would recommend Green Lakes to anyone seeking a comfortable and safe place to live in at very affordable price! This review is from Janet

    I have been living in Green Lakes for a year now and I am very satisfied with the company. The maintenance makes sure that the grounds are kept very well. When I had an issue with my air condition unit they were very good with accommodating me until they got my unit replaced. I absolutely love the ladies in the rental office they are good with addressing any concerns that you may have. I feel safe in this community because they have a security company that can be called at any time if there is ...
    something that needs immediate attention. This is a great and comfortable place to live.

    GreenLakes Apartments are a wonderful place to live! Everyone is very kind and helpful. The apartments are very spacious and the closest spaces are huge.The grounds are very well maintained.The playground is very safe for the children to play.Maintenance will fix things either same day or next day.I enjoy living here!
