Management...Where?!?!

If I could give a negative I would! I applied on 7/26/22. Here it is 10/19/22 and I have heard nothing back. Despite going by the office EVERY week, calling, and emailing. It is hit or miss on getting someone on the phone or even in office. They went through management change which I understood but even still, 3 months and it's still in "pending" status, it is completely unacceptable. I have spoken with Mya and Taylor (before she left) and both are very friendly but obviously not worried about ...

getting reliable tenants on their property. I will be contacting Freeman Webb in Nashville as well. I finally got fed up and emailed and told them to delete my app. I refuse to pay my hard earned money to a company that doesn't care about others time! If they have the decency to contact me and sincerely apologize for wasting my time I MAY decide to remove this review! Then again, my contributions are viewed quite frequently so they better hurry.

My current apartment is ok but its not the best. They are trying to remodel the apartments but are not doing a very good job. They are replacing windows without replacing the wood in the windows. That is all i have to say about my current apartment because they are going up on the rent 200 dollars and its not even worth it.
