When first moving in the place had a rotten egg in the closet, a pizza in the fridge and was filthy. We had to scrub the entire place top to bottom. Put in multiple requests for things to get fixed and they never have, one in particular is the cheap cabinet doors fall off with minimal pressure. The drain in the bathroom has black mold inside of it and there are bugs all the time, some that come out of the drain in the bathroom. parking lot and the McDonalds across the street. We moved here without being able to see it first because we just moved to FL. The police come here pretty consistently and the smell of weed is always present. The pool is small for the amount of residents here (green oaks shares the pool and gym with Westminster Chase across the street.) The main manager is really nice but most of the employees are rude based on the few interactions I've had with them. You will also see homeless people all over the place and occasionally digging around the dumpster in the parking lot. The price is why I've been here a year but currently looking to move elsewhere. Also, they will not hesitate to tow your car without warning even if you don't have your parking sticker one night.
