Very Peaceful Community
July 30, 2025This community is worth living in. I lived there 2021-2022 (20 months) before the major inflation, thankfully. I know a lot of these properties are expensive, but I promise you, this place is 3/4 years clean, up to date with maintenance, and friendly staff. This is the type of place you pay for safe community and a peace of mind. I only left because I was pursuing to buy a house, otherwise, I would still be living there.Review from Apartments.com
Great Experience
December 31, 2024I have lived here for a year and a half and have loved it. Maintenance is quick to respond to any issues, and snow removal is prompt 7-days a week. It’s a quiet neighborhood, but conveniently just a few minutes from the highway. The gym is small but has a couple of treadmills and an elliptical. This property is ok
June 20, 2023Maintenance staff is very kind and helpful. Had a lot of problems they were understanding with. Management above them takes a long time to get anything done. Upstairs neighbors flooded my apartment and it took a month to even start to fix it and only at my multiple requests. We also had a small gas leak. Also was very dirty upon move in with water damaged doors and a different layout than shown at the tour. Management did not seem to care about our concerns when voiced and only seems to care ...about getting their money even after all these problems and then some.
