The apartment complex is centrally located for students and just a short 2 blocks from Regent and Park Streets, providing access to main bus lines. The neighborhood is a mix of professionals and students.
Fob-controlled access to the property is both convenient and secure. Sound generally doesn't travel between the different apartments, and outdoor noise is not an issue. Packages were generally placed inside the building, as opposed to outside. The nicest kitchen, bathroom, living space I have ...
ever rented.
The bedrooms seemed a little tight, but there was closet space throughout the apartment, plenty of cabinets in the kitchen, and ample storage space in the bathroom. In-unit laundry was convenient.
The management was very easy to deal with and extremely responsive to the few things I emailed about. Maintenance requests were completed in a reasonable amount of time.
