December 9, 2023These are low rent places that they've hiked the rent up 100%. Maintenance is lax, mold is a constant issue due to the motel type air conditioners. Repairs happen timely, but not up to code or any standard of quality. This wasn't bad when they were affordable, now they're trying to charge "luxury prices" and they're not worth it.Review from Apartments.com
The property manager truly cares
July 28, 2023The old company wasn't that good. This brand new company that bought this this year. They're really amazing. They truly care. You have a problem. Even the property manager herself comes over and make sure everything is okay. I am very happy to be living here and the staff here is great. Maintenance is good too. I'm very glad we chose to stay with them and I'm just really happy overall and they are truly caring people.Review from Apartments.com
