The manager is not professional at all. If you contact her she won't get back to you until days later. Shes alway charging late fees. Maintenance doesn't come to fix problems until days or months later. Make sure you do a walk through because there's so many small damages & try keep your expensive security deposit. Walls are super thin. Could hear everything the neighbor says.. Plus there's no room. Not even a storage closet. Worst apartments I have lived in.

Brian is the worse landlord you will ever encounter. He lets you live in an apartment with infested roaches and will wait until you leave for work to " spray" and then your problem will never solved. He also will let you have no running AC during the summer month and took one while month to fix in July!! DO NOT LIVE HERE! I repeat, DO NOT LIVE HERE!! It's location is super sketchy and you will continue to see drug deals go on here... and children live there!! So, save your time and money for a ...

i am 67 years old and these apartments do not have washer and dryer in them. i cant take the heat to walk all the way to wash my clothes. it does not have a dish washer or garbage disposal and i really need those. i need a back patio for my table and chairs. i need a bigger livingroom to put in my special things. i would like a open concept,this apt. is too small for my husband and i. Next door neighbor is too loud and when they are in the kitchen they slam the doors and the arcadia door. ...

The landlord will not do anything about it. Also our truck was broken into and stoled 1,000 dollars of tools that was in back of the truck and my husband had hidden them too.
