Smoke free? Not true

I just moved into 40 High Park Ave. Much to my surprise, this building is NOT smoke free. Three other tenants (above, below and to one side are all smokers. Their second hand smoke blows into my living room & bedroom spaces and there is nothing I could do about it. And, I found out 2- 3 days after I moved in on a 1 year lease. The PM company (GWL Residential)will say that its a smoke free building but it is not. For the monthly rent I am paying, it’s a big disappointment New tenant at 40 High ...
