Beautiful property but beware flooding

Beautiful property, nice amenities, great staff, but... every now and then a handful of apartments around the building flood due to pipes breaking after necessary plumbing repairs/preventive maintenance in the building. It's not the same apartments each time, but appears to occur randomly around the building, so you don't know when you're going to suffer a flood. The plumbing in the building is weak and pipes seem to break randomly. Residents who are flooded often have to move out for several ...

weeks and deal with whatever trouble the broken pipe may have caused with their stuff.
