I rented here before and it was a terrible experience. i see that they are "renovating" aka just slapping paint over dirt and mold...so I decided to come and warn the masses. Don't do it. Don't think about it. Run far away

Worst roaches I've ever encountered. They're crawling around everywhere, inside and outside. The walls are extremely thin which makes it impossible to sleep through the music blaring at all hours of the day and night. No plus side to these apartments unless you like random people trying to sell you crack on a daily bases. These are by far the worst apartments I've ever lived in.

My mom a 71 year old person, was trying to rent from this appartments, she was reading to move in tomorrow, when we went to check the apartment and make sure they have clean it, the Refrigerator was all nasty not clean, they was lots of roaches and we told the lady that is encharge if the could change it, she contacted the main office and whom ever was on the other side said that they will not do it. and that my mom was asking for too much. Really" if they are going to rent an apartment they ...

should rent it in good shapes, for the price they are renting it for, they do wants residents to pay rent on time, but they can't put in a good refrigerator.
