There are roaches and bugs everywhere. No one cleans up after their dogs, and most of them aren’t even on leashes. They say no to specific dog breeds but you see them anyway. There are stray cats and homeless people everywhere. The gates don’t work. The laundry rooms plus the mail boxes get broken into on the daily. Most of the washers either over flow or don’t drain and most of ...the dryers don’t work either. The owners don’t care about anything but making sure they get every last penny you own them, will be glad to move out next month. Don’t move here unless you absolutely have to. Not worth it.Read More

We called maintenance about a week into moving in, and called several different times to find out an ETA for things to be taken care of, in which they respond with a “we are working on it”. The neighbors are not too bad, usually keep to themselves, except it smells like weed ALL THE TIME. The gates on both sides are broken so anyone can drive in and out all ...the time. And there are always dumpster divers almost everyday. The apartments are NOTHING like the pictures of the display models. The paint for the cabinets is poorly painted, the bathroom looks tacky, and the floors creek here and there. I only give 1 star out of 5 just because the only plus is our neighbors are cool.Read More

During a wind advisory it took out a window in her bedroom breaking other items as it landed inside the unit. Immediately the next morning she reported it, that was Wednesday. Today is Friday and no one has been to the unit to attemot to keep the elements out of the unit with temperatures dropping to 31 degrees. When I inquired as to why its acceptable to leave an elderly person or any person in that condition I was told "WE DON'T DO THAT." My babies were always sick with bronchitis and had to be on breathing treatments to survive in the apartment .People on the 1st floor tell me that sewage backs up into their showers and their rooms flood from the rain. it takes so long for stuff to be fixed and usually it doesn't even get fixed no matter if you bug them ...everyday about it. The bugs are so bad that if you buy your own bug killer you still can't get them to go away because they are infested they will fog your apartment and the bugs will still be there , they say that they will spray every week but don't actually show up never. They never clean inside the building, and barley ever clean the property. The only play ground they have is always dirty and filled with trash unsafe for your children to play in and its super small. If there is a problem the manager literally hides and won't talk to anyone. The pool is always closed and dirty even when it's supposed to be open. One time the pool was supposed to be closed but they didnt have a pad lock on so people were in the pool swimming until the mantanice put everyone out and said the filter was off and the pool was dirty children were swimming in filth they dont take the steps to follow saftey procedures and every worker there is extremely lazy and dont do their jobs.The water is always turned off with no warning what so ever. Everyone in the office are rude and they lie about everything they switch managers every month nothing is consistent or honest.Read More
