Do not move here horrible experience

They don’t care about anything but making money. I believe that the management staff is keeping the money for some of the property management needs that the tenants are entitled to. I requested pest control in March. I also requested pest control in July. No one came and they said that it was completed. Do not move here they do not care about the The residence are treated with no respect. The management is disrespectful and you will get charged for things. Do not move here.

A horrible dirty unsafe place to live for women and children

Words can not explain how much I HATE living here!!!!! Please read the whole thing to avoid the same mistakes!! They sell you this luxury living, but I moved into a disgustinggggg apartment, literally pee on my toilet, footprints in my shower like someone took a bath there the day before, dust everywhere, two showers with so much build up the water barely came out, a washer and dryer that didn't work, and ROACHESSSSSSSSSSSS! At one point, we didn't have electricity in one of the rooms for 2 ...
weeks. Someone put broken glass all over our front door. It took them three and a half months to give us a working washer and dryer, pest control barely came, and the parking you are lucky if you find parking in by your house, plus it's not safe, someone tried to open my car door with me in the car, multiple people had there car broken into and you know what security did about it nothing!!!!!!! The management is horrible. Living here has been hell, only to find out that there's a clause no one told us about in the lease that if you don't want to renew your lease, you have to pay 2300 dollars not to want to live here after 60 days, something that they didn't tell NOT ONE PERSON that lives here!!!!, The Greed is real with this company. They say you should have read the fine print. Like we did it to ourselves when they know what they were doing, they want people not to know so they can charge you 2,300 and say it's your fault.This place is a horrible, place for a family save yourself. Don't be fooled by all the “perks” of a nice pool and a gym. Please live anywhere else but this expensive garage can. And with every negative review they give you some fake line about we are so sorry to hear about your bad experience but when you go to the office they are unless, when I told them someone tried to get in my car with me in it their response was”oh wow” nothing else and did not warn any of the residents and when I told them the day I moved in that there were wet dirty footprints in my shower they didn’t even know who had Access to my apartment the day before , people literally smoke weed on the staircase, the most unethical place to live. I can’t wait to never see this property again!

Great Apartment Complex

This apartment complex has been very reliable when it comes to meeting my living needs. The staff are always friendly and courteous. The maintenance team are very prompt to fixing issues. This place is very clean and comfortable. Lots of cool amenities such as a pool, tennis court, gym, and much more. Near the theme parks too.

Rude staff, very disappointed

The office staff is quite rude - recently, a sticker was attached to my car to tow it due to expired plates. While I understand procedure needing to be followed, the woman who we spoke to at the front offered no assistance whatsoever. I asked if it would be possible for someone from maintenenace or the towing company that they hire themselves to help clean the tough glue residue leftover from my car because it’s nearly impossible to get off, and her response was simply “we don’t deal with that.” ...
She refused to give the name to the towing company as well when I asked for it and was very dismissive when I tried to explain to her what was going on. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience added on to my time living here - it appears to me the front office staff either doesn’t know what they’re doing, or they can’t be bothered with inquiries needing to be addressed. I now have to pay out of pocket to completely get the residue off of my window that blocks my view of my mirror, and I am again deeply disappointed in the front office staffs’ response to me going to them for help. Their former front woman, Megan, was the last person working here with competence, but every person used to replace her has been less than stellar. Again, very disappointed.

Decent and okay, but not for the price

Savannah at Park Central likes to think this is a place for good citizens, however since living here for two years I can say that the maintenance crew hates dogs so don't even try to get them to come into your apartment if you have dogs. The staff is friendly to your face which is a plus but they put on such a front about everything. Overall it's a decent place but rent has drastically increased in the past two years and I can't wait to move out.
