Clean, solid and affordable option
July 4, 2023Hampden Village was one of the most affordable options I could find in the Denver metro area when I moved in several years ago. If you're looking for something that isn't expensive in Denver — where low-priced options are few and far between — this is a great fit. The place was clean, maintenance service was great and parking lot pavement was well maintained. The landlord was always responsive and helpful. The property is relatively close to Rosamond Park and is just off Hampden Avenue, a major ...road that takes you to I-25, the main highway in the area. It puts you within a short drive of many stores, commercial centers and dine-out options. Again, the main attraction is the affordability. In an overpriced apartment market like metro Denver's, properties like this are rare. It's a good opportunity to take advantage of.Property Manager Responded
