October 6, 2014Great place to live. Stores in walking distance, quiet complex with good neighbors and staff. Reasonable rent with many utilities and services included. I love having my own address, no apartment building to walk through and a small patch garden I can plant whatever I please. Can't say that about other rental property!Review from Apartments.com

September 7, 2013We just moved to the area and a rural setting was important. The manager was extremely friendly, helpful,and professional. We filled out the online application and she called first thing the next morning. When we moved in she knew the names of the residents and something about each one. We were informed the apartment comes with a small plot for a garden. Very nice place to live.Review from Apartments.com
Do NOT rent here.
January 6, 2015I have a friend renting here and they don't take care of their tenants at all. Also, the mall is actually a 20 minute drive and downtown is about 10-15 minutes away. The area is beautiful though and his neighbors, he says, have always been pretty quiet. I'm looking for an apartment and I will NOT ever go here because of his issues with them.Review from Apartments.com
