September 20, 2024STAY AWAY!!!!! Never fix anything right! They work on the air conditioner three times and never cooled down. Had to work my hot water tank 3 times and only fixed it right before I LEFT this place. January 23, 2023They say this is newly renovated they ain't got the carpets and did not drop them boards on the this is the worst place I've ever lived hopefully I won't be here long for 2 months they have lost my rent I have receipts but yet they insist on giving me 5 days or evict even when I saw him receipts and lay it in their hands I put my rent this month in the person's hand and they lost one of them now they tell me instead of $412 I owe them $495 I don't think so then they tell me maintenance can go in ...my house anytime they want without me knowing it by lawrenters have a right that right is they have to give a 24-hour notice before entering your house then they tell me you're not allowed to have firearms in your house which takes away your second amendment and in the lease you're allowed to go to and from your house with your firearm my dishwasher has been leaking for two and a half months but yet they tell me I'm late for rent so I might need a vacate they broke the lease not me and I will get some help and maybe get out of this dump hole now I got roaches coming in from other apartments so I'm constantly spraying don't move hereRead MoreReview from Apartments.com
Don’t live here
November 24, 2022I highly recommend not living here. The first unit I lived in was an actual roach nest. There were ROACHES everywhere! They had people come and “spray” 2 times and it only got worse. My new unit I live in is just as bad and they told me before I transferred that they didn’t have a single roach issue in this building. They lied. Mediocre and getting worse
March 31, 2022Recently added a "valet trash service" where they'll take your trash from your apartment to the dumpster for you. Except it costs 15 dollars a month and it is a 'mandatory service'... meaning it's required for you to pay for it even if you don't want to use it (making it basically just a rent increase). No one answers the office phone or calls back. Roach problems every year with minimal assistance. LIVING IN HELL
November 15, 2019Living here was an absolute nightmare. They seemed nice until we signed the lease. They assured us the apartment was move in ready. It was not. Our washer and dryer didn’t work. Our dishwasher had issues shutting. Our AC was broken for at least 3 months in the summer. We didn’t get a receipt when we paid our rent and they made us pay twice for the same month. It wasn’t clean when we moved in. Maintenance does nothing. They change policies suddenly and don’t inform you. I called before adopting a ...dog and they said all I needed to do was just come by the office and pay the pet deposit. I did that. They freaked out and said I was breaking the lease because I didn’t bring them the shot records. They never told me to, even when I called and explicitly asked what all I needed to do to bring a pet into the lease. Finally, the roach problem. There were a few here and there, we complained but they did nothing. The apartment beneath us was trashed and they started ripping out walls to repair it. The roaches had been living down there and crawling into apartments at night to eat. When they ripped out walls down there, they all came up. OUR WALLS WERE FULL OF ROACHES. They didn’t hide when you turned on the light. Everything was covered in them. Everything was full of them. Every corner of the ceiling was full of eggs. All different sizes and types. Management ignored our requests so we bugbombed ourselves. It did NOTHING. We finally got management to send an exterminator out. He pulled our couch back from the wall and I kid you not THERE WERE HUNDREDS. THE FLOOR WAS BLACK. They all sucked back into the wall. The exterminator was horrified. He said it was one of the worst infestations he had seen. He said the sent him with spray that kills on contact, not the kind that would end the problem. We threw away all our furniture and most of our things and moved out. They claim the roaches are our fault and won’t let us out of the lease. They want us to keep paying still. This was the worst experience imaginable and I hope no one has to live through that hell again. We paid way to much in rent to live in absolute filth. Don't waste your time.
July 27, 2018I'd give them 0 stars, but it's not an option. Literally the worst place you could ever live. They aren't nice here. Everything is outdated, literally appliances are as old as me. (I'm in my twenties). Dishwasher never worked. Shower was severely outdated, never had hot water either. Water leaked from the apartment above me, all they did was paint over the stains, probably mold there now. They never come when you put in a work order, theft is a problem here. A/c goes out every other week. The ...apartments aren't sealed properly, so plan on spending a lot for electricity. No one can park properly. The list goes on and on. When you move out they try to charge you for things that were already wrong in the first place. They also try to charge you for normal wear and tear problems. Literally a waste of your time and money. I will never recommend these apartments or apartments owned by the same people.Property Manager Responded

Falling Apart
March 17, 2017Cons: maintenance is incompetent and lazy. My toilet has been leaking toilet water all over the floor and into the carpet for 8 months off and on. After getting back into town yesterday I found that not only was the toilet still not fixed, but maintenance had left the floorboards torn up and used my bath towels to mop up the toilet water. They left them in a dirty and damp pile in the bathtub for me to come home to last night and clean up. I've had issues with maintenance the entire year and a ...half I've lived here. They have pulled a toilet chain (not from my toilet) out of the pipes and threatened to charge me for sewer backups, playing stupid when I take photos for evidence of how they clearly were at fault (as a resolution, I was never charged. Deceptive Website and Management
September 7, 2015For those who are reading this. I have lived in this apartment and i must tell you that is one of the worst one i have live in. maintenance is at 0% level meaning nothing is ever done to maintain the building and the surrounding. And there is no gym or any tennis court owned by the apartment themselves. The gym and the tennis court is located at a different apartment on the same street. What an inconvenient having to walk all the way to a different apartment just to use a gym or a tennis court ...that was included the rent. Lastly you will be stocked with Oklahoma Electric Corporation energy company which is one of the worst company in terms of billing. Please don't buy whatever it is you read on their website. And for your information, once you sign the lease, you are not allowed to break the lease when you realize the apartment is no longer safe for you to leave in. Another way of ripping people off.
