Needs lots of maintenance still, but hopefully that will be all done soon. Staff was friendly in the clubhouse and they were helpful in getting me the resources I need

I love the area! We are close to just about everything. We are close to work, grocery stores, restaurants, family, etc. We just moved in not too long ago, but so far it’s been nice! Not too noisy, nice neighbors, not a lot of issues with the apartment, etc. we like it

So far the community has been quiet and friendly. The staff at the club house are accommodating and get things taken care of fast. Parking can be a little tricky at times but so far it’s been great.

Apartment wasn’t cleaned before we moved in. The carpet in the master bedroom reeked of body odor and old animal urine. There was rotting on the mirror in the fog when I got out of the shower and we had to clean the counters when we moved in. We’ve also had many maintance issues. Granted they’re always quick to come fix it, but most of it was issues prior to us moving in.
