NOT Happy

My kid moved in mid march. Paid rent and went to do walk through. They promised repairs to be done next day, and also they had just sprayed the old tubs and sink with some chemical that made it impossible to move in from fumes. I mean like the worst smell you can imagine. I felt like I lost a million brain cells in there. We were told they would deduct rent and they never did. Actually on last bill they charged us more than the half month of rent. There is mold in the ceiling not repaired still ...
(July) and half the lights do not work as well. We were promised a heater and never did get one so we couldn't even move in until April due to it be freezing in the apartment. Roaches as well and you can hear rats in the walls. They just sold this place so who knows what will happen with the building, but I don't trust current management to keep their word on anything considering there is still mold, unrepaired items, and no heat over 4 months later. If it weren't for location and my 18 year old needs to be close to Cooper Young I would have already gotten a lawyer due to the mold and never providing a heater. I left two messages again this week with absolute no response.
