Poor management

Been living in this complex for over 20+ years. When we 1st moved in everything was fine things were getting promptly fixed and everything was looking after. I have lived here throughout multiple Owners from the complex being sold and multiple superintendents. All this time I've been living here every time I've gotten a car I've registered the car to my unit and to my parking and now they're trying to tell me that I've been parking there for over 6 months illegally and then told me to move my car ...
or be fine. I have moved my car and now I'm still getting letters saying that they want the money for a parking spot that I have registered for multiple times with multiple cars But they're kind of come after me for reasons Unknown to me when I've been living here a lot longer than they owned the property. They need to get their priorities and their management still straight. Still waiting for our counters to get fixed the holes in the walls to geaffixed and our stove doesn't even go to the proper temperatures anymore so cooking our dinners it's taking a while and it takes them a while to replace or fix anything in the units. Every time we try to get the Super intendant to fix a problem it's always a delay and they keep saying that it has to do with the owners of a complex.
