August 11, 2024I recently moved into Harper Apartments in Saint Paul's Union Park neighborhood, and I'm impressed! The location itself is a big perk. It's close to shops and restaurants on Selby and Snelling Avenues, offering a vibrant mix of local businesses and familiar chains. Plus, it's just a short drive (or a longer, enjoyable walk) to parks for some green space. The apartments at Harper themselves are sleek and stylish, with modern finishes and plenty of natural light. My unit has large windows and a ...well-equipped kitchen. The amenities are also a major draw. I love that there's a social lobby with workspaces, pool deck with fireplace, yoga and barre studio in the fitness center, and free coffee anytime you want. One thing that surprised me was the sense of community at Harper. The building has a social vibe, plus, the pet-friendly atmosphere means there are always friendly pups to meet on walks around the building. July 22, 2024Visually stunning. Safe. Quiet. Ease of use for maintenance and technology. Friendly staff. Excellent amenities. Feels like home. The move in process was easy and efficient. Love the coffee machine. Very clean building. The halls are very air conditioned. Fast elevators. Love that you have to fab the elevator to work-safe. There are plenty of trolleys for groceries and moving heavy or large item's. Well placed trash/ recycling/ compost shoots. High ceilings. Modern paint and finishes. Attentive ...and helpful concierge. Even the mail boxes have style. Very classy. Packages are safe with LuxerOne.Property Manager Responded
