April 4, 2023Pool not heated year-round (6 mos maybe 7). Side doors unlocked 24/7 so NOT secure. Gates have been broken for several months - again, NOT secure. Transportation has been reduced. Going downhill Fast
December 9, 2020Elevators are forever going out and takes over a month to repair. Good at making surface areas look nice, just don’t look too close. We have a large board that has been hanging off the eve of a 3 story building and no one seems to see a need to repair it. Most wood on patios and trim is rotten. We only get the trash picked up Monday & Thursday. The price went up but service hasn’t changed. We need trash pickups at least 3 times a week.Review from Apartments.com

Even in this weird Covid-19 time, we are having outside entertainers, daily to-go breakfast and afternoon canned drinks or bottled water and the ability to talk with other residents while social distancing and masked. LOVE having our own hair salon and nail salon on the premises!! The swimming pool area is beautiful and we have our own grills to cook on. We have a putting green are for the golfers. When the Covid-19 virus is gone, more events will be planned, which are always fun and inexpensive.
