August 14, 2015Just moved into Haviland Gates Apts after living in the western NY area. I work in Stamford and found that this apartment was the perfect mix of price and quality of apartment. Positives -walking distance to SoNo train line -walking distance to main street bars -close by the park and waterway -Underground 2 car garage parking with space for 4 -very spacious apartment with backyard and grillReview from Apartments.com
Awesome neighborhood!
December 4, 2013I love this community. Its right near Washington Street amazing restaurants and walking distance to my nail salon and coffee shop. Not to mention the train station.
