August 15, 2020My husband and I just went to view the apartments and we liked them very much. I called back and left a vm three days later, to drop off our paperwork and he never called back. I left another vm and it's almost a week later and I still have not heard back. They have not even received any of our information back to decline us for any reason so I don't understand what was the issue. I am only giving this 2 stars because of the service however, the apartment looked nice.Review from Apartments.com
Bad Communication
June 6, 2020The manager on site never answer his phone nor do he call back. I called and set up a showing and he stood me up, I waited outside for 20mins. He didn’t answer the buzz nor did he answer his phone. He finally called me back later that day saying “he wrote down the wrong day” so we rescheduled. He finally showed me the place the next day and gave me an application and told me to call him so I can drop off the application. He never answered his phone nor called back. I had to call company ...management just for him to call me back. His excuse was “oh my kids probably erased my messages”. I finally got to drop my application off but the site manager wasn’t there he made me give it to his kids. I haven’t heard from him since. I’ve called and left messages. Awful management
October 30, 2019I waited over 20 minutes to see this apartment complex. I called the manager over 5 times and buzzed the door; noone answered. Horrible service and poor management. Very unprofessional.Property Manager Responded

Horrible service
April 17, 2016I never got to see the unit. I spoke with the owner's wife who set me up for a viewing on Saturday. I came on Saturday and waited 30 minutes outside in the cold. Owners never showed or called me. Attempts to call the owner was unsuccessful and went to there voice mail. Owners stood me up. I will never rent from people who treats you like trash. Free Heat.. Nice apartments and Location
August 13, 2015I love the fact of having free heat included in alot of the apartments on this site. A heating bill can get pretty expensive in the winter time. Very well maintained apartments!
August 26, 2013We just moved my son into this apartment complex and we couldn't beleive how clean his unit was. Also everything is very well mainained which was not the case with his previous apartment in Milwaukee. Free parking was also an added bonus as most places charge another fee for on site parking. He was also given a college student discount which we are very greatful for. Very well run company. The only negative was that you had to pay the first months rent in cash or cashiers check, and that was a ...little hard to figure out.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
