I love the community, but I wish I had known that smoking is permitted inside the apartments. Even though the units have separate HVAC systems, I can still smell cigarette smoke coming through the vents in my apartment. At times, it smells like the neighbors are smoking inside my unit.
I reported this to the property management team, and maintenance attempted to seal the areas around the HVAC system to prevent the smoke from coming in, but it didn’t work. I can still smell it. Because of this, I ...
have to keep all the vents closed and keep my windows open for ventilation, which is miserable on hot days.
It’s also dangerous to allow smoking in a community where some tenants have dementia and use oxygen tanks. That’s a serious safety concern for me.

The Community is great, the staff is not. The staff is not helpful always putting me down when I go to the office or on the phone. One of them hides behind the monitor which is so unprofessional I have been stopped by her at the entrance I cannot go in the office. She claimed that she doesn't check messages, so why is there a voicemail on the phone? Over a month now I have been asking for my schrubs to be trimmed no response. I was asked to send pictures, then I was asked to put it in writing ...

I rate living here very high. I am right down the street from my credit union, there is shopping right across the street from the complex, and one of my favorite places, the library, is close by.
