You may know that Heatherwood Club is very popular. Now is the time to also wait-list for all apartments for July and future months in 2025. We are happy to report many of our wonderful residents have made Heatherwood Club Home for 5, 10, 15+ years. For this reason we highly recommend going on our wait-list 3-6 months in advance. I moved in after Covid wasn't able to my apartment before I moved in but here it is now been almost 4 years an I'm still here. Love the area an the staff is very nice defiantly would recommend living here nice an quiet close to everything I need .

Danielle and Bryan are some of the BEST apartment staff I have ever dealt with! They are so kind and courteous, always a pleasure interacting with them! The apartments it self are well kept and are in a great area of town...also compared to other apartments in the city these really are the best bang for you buck! I HIGHLY recommend Heatherwood Club apartments to anyone!

Lived here for four years. Definitely a good location. Close to shopping, entertainment, etc. Maintenance takes care of issues quick. There's no dogs allowed, but a lot of people have them. That's really annoying. The only way you'll get parking is if you pay extra for a carport, but people still park in your spot. Front office does nothing about it, so gear up for that. There's also a bunch of "reserved" spots. I asked the front office about them and they said it's for legal reasons, ...

but won't tell you how to actually acquire one. This place is in Colorado so rent goes up every year, but this is common place throughout the state. All-in-all it's a decent place to live as long as you don't mind parking several city block from your front door.

We are happy to hear you made Heatherwood Club home for 4 years. Yes we have a great location and we do strive to provide exceptional customer service including taking care of work orders timely. You are also correct that we do not allow dogs ,as a rule ,however; appropriate assistive/service dogs are here, which is what you saw. Additionally we are 100% occupied and remain so most of the time; therefore open parking is first come first serve. In regards to paid for carports we do treat these as emergencies and offer an afterhours service where we will tow any vehicles who are parking illegally within the community. Thank you for your review and our team will continue to make customer service number one.

We moved out of Heatherwood at the end of May after being there for 2 years. Had we not bought a home, we would have stayed much, much longer. The staff is incredible and quick to respond, our apartment had the perfect amount of space and great views from both the front door and patio, other than a couple of ants two summers ago, we NEVER had bugs or pests, our neighbors were friendly and quiet, service requests were completed within 24 hours and Brian was always thorough in getting everything ...

I LOVE MY NEW APARTMENT. Danielle, in the leasing office is AMAZING. She went out of her way to help me get my lease signed. She is always friendly, professional and quick to respond. My apartment was just like she promised. It look perfect when I moved in. I usually hate apartment living because of the noise, parking etc. That's not the case at The Heatherwood Club. This apartment complex is very clean. The staff is extremely helpful and they quickly respond to maintenance needs. The staff is polite and they work with their applicants and are very friendly. My apartment was very clean on move in. For the most part the neighborhood is very quiet. I am very happy with my apartment and with the complex in general. Its a good place to call home.

We have lived here for three years and love it! The office staff is great and the maintenance man is the best. It's a quiet community perfect for singles, married couples with or without a small family. We are an older couple and find the surroundings pleasant and very well kept.

I visited Heatherwood Club Apartments a few weeks ago. The office staff was very friendly and helpful. I love the apartment that I viewed. There is a window above the kitchen sink that gives the apartment a feeling of being in a house instead of an apartment. There are windows on three sides of the apartment instead of on one side like the apartment where I currently resides. When I visited Heatherwood Club, there was a nice breeze blowing through the apartment which I hope lowers cooling ...

cost. The apartment has central air, which is a big plus for me because many of the apartments that I have viewed has a window air conditioning unit. What I like the most about the apartment complex is that the federal law on drugs is enforced. My current apartment complex allows residents to use drugs which is why I am moving. I signed a lease after viewing the apartment. I do not know about the maintenance service, the quality of amenities or the noise level, because I have not moved into my apartment. I am sure everything will be great because I like what I have seen in the apartment complex so far.
