Dont even bother
September 5, 2022Management is rude. Maintenance people are cranky and always doing a terrible job. They patched a water damaged section of my ceiling and didn't paint over it. We have to call maintenance once a month to unclog the pips, fix the ac, electricity problems or water damage. They charge for water, there is no "lawn". Just this month we were with out AC and electricity for 4 days. It's like pulling teeth to get decent customer service with the management. I would never recommend this location or any ...other properties owned by Heritage Collections. I'm counting down the days til im off this lease.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
park place is our home
December 17, 2020my partner, our cats, and i moved into our apartment earlier this year. we have loved how secure the building is, and living so close to downtown, our calm space is so appreciated.Property Manager Responded
