Great value and comfort
September 3, 2025I really appreciate how easy shared living feels at Heritage House. The monthly cleaning keeps everything fresh and stress free. For the price, I get more value than I expected with a good mix of comfort, location and quality.Review from Apartments.com
wonderful experience
August 12, 2025The building has so much character, and my room was bright and comfortable. The shared spaces were well-kept, and I often found myself chatting with neighbors over coffee in the kitchen. The Outpost team was always friendly and quick to help, making it easy to settle in and feel at home in New York.Review from Apartments.com

The Heritage is a great option for co living in Manhattan.
February 12, 2025The Heritage is a great option for co living in Manhattan. The large windows in my room offered stunning views, and the proximity to Central Park was a huge bonus. The apartment is modern and clean, though I wish the monthly fee included more frequent cleanings of the shared spaces.Review from Apartments.com
Feels like home
November 19, 2024Living here has felt like home since day one. The space is warm and inviting, and the common areas make it easy to connect with other people in the building.Review from Apartments.com
The apartment has incredible views from the large windows
October 8, 2024The apartment has incredible views from the large windows that make the place feel upscale! The building itself feels pretty high-end, and the amenities are a huge bonus—there are about three different shared areas in a separate building, and each one is really well-designed.Review from Apartments.com
I had a wonderful experience staying at The Heritage House.
August 26, 2024I had a wonderful experience staying at The Heritage House. The location is unbeatable, with Central Park practically in your backyard and easy access to subway and bus lines for quick trips around the city. The building itself is impressive, offering amenities like a gym, a community lounge, and a beautiful, well-maintained garden. My apartment was stylish and comfortable, and the in-unit washer/dryer was a huge plus. The monthly cleaning service and keyless access made life even more ...convenient. The only downside was a minor issue with noise from the street at times, but overall, it's a solid choice for anyone looking to enjoy luxury living in Harlem. I’d definitely recommend it for both new arrivals and seasoned New Yorkers!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Harlem Living
August 19, 2015I live in a cozy three-bedroom apartment with a beautiful view overlooking Harlem and the East River. Shared time is very important to my roommates and me, so we chose an apartment with a larger living room, which we love. All three bedrooms have windows and closets and two are on the smaller size. We have 1.5 baths, which we love, and a small but very usable kitchen. Overall, I love where I live and hope to stay there for a while!Review from Apartments.com
Gorgeous view!
July 29, 2015I am so lucky to have found this 2BR jewelry! It is a spatious apartment in a high rise building with a very interesting layout. It receives tons of natural light in all rooms! It has a beautiful large terrace overlooking Central Park! It is just amazing to see the city skyline day time and night time! The building is clean and it is very close to 2 main subway lines, and bus lines. A good supermarket is right around the corner. All in all, this is a dream home!Review from Apartments.com
