May 31, 2021Since Avenue5 has taken over Heritage at Draper, large improvements have been worked on such as: Inside Apartment appearance with carpeting, new fixtures, and very clean to move into, attention to fixing problems that surface quickly... Outside Apartment appearance is starting to look great, the pool area is clean, the pool is ready for opening, the hot tub is ready, the playground is ready for the children, the roads are starting to be cleaned and keep in a pleasant manner... Overall, Avenue5 ...has worked very hard to bring Heritage Apartments in Draper back up to a fine place to call home.Property Manager Responded

March 30, 2020The apartments are quite good and currently they pay for water and sewer which helps. The grounds are kept up fairly well. There are problems with the parking and miscommunication about it, however, one covered parking space is supposed to be provided to each tenant. The community is nice and this place is close to everything one would need (shopping, transportation, medical, etc.). However when you apply, they will treat you very nice, but that all changes once you move in,some of the ...management has issues and are not very pleasant to deal with.Property Manager Responded
