September 15, 2025This community used to be a wonderful place to live, with management that truly cared, knew residents by name, and responded quickly to concerns. Unfortunately, the new management is the complete opposite—unresponsive, dismissive, and uninterested in long-term residents who have called this place home for years. Emails and service requests go ignored for weeks, and any attempt at communication is met with indifference. It feels like the office is staffed by unprofessional kids who don’t take ...residents seriously. Living here has become frustrating and disappointing.
