September 29, 2025It used to be a cleaner welcoming community. Neighbors are dirty with the trash and nothing's done. Kids running around in traffic and teenagers are on dirt bikes are very hazardous.Review from Apartments.com

September 15, 2025This community used to be a wonderful place to live, with management that truly cared, knew residents by name, and responded quickly to concerns. Unfortunately, the new management is the complete opposite—unresponsive, dismissive, and uninterested in long-term residents who have called this place home for years. Emails and service requests go ignored for weeks, and any attempt at communication is met with indifference. It feels like the office is staffed by unprofessional kids who don’t take ...residents seriously. Living here has become frustrating and disappointing. August 26, 2025I would assume my rating will eventually go up. However our move in process was a pain. Our unit was definitely not move in ready and move in date was pushed out and still not ready. Staff has been friendly however maintenance and management changes since we starting touring units here has been a change but hopefully it will get better!Property Manager Responded

They can never find rental payments, the work orders don't get completed (although I love the maintenance guys) the new no (even electric) grills completely sucks and also not being able to smoke on the balcony is just stupid, it's outside.
