Management: cocky, condescending & offers no support for managing concerns. A high-traffic place for people experiencing homelessness (they have been found sleeping in the hallways) There is a pungent smell that comes up from the basement that fills the hallways and can sometimes fill your apartment. Hidden costs you won't learn about until it's time to sign your lease. Attempted break-ins, tenants that struggle with mental and substance abuse.
