Friendly and Welcoming! Great location.
April 5, 2024I just finished my first year in a two bedroom townhome and I couldn't be happier. Great access to Rte 590, 490 and 104. You can find anything you need from food, groceries and entertainment within a few miles on either East Ridge, Culver of Winton. The office staff and maintenance staff are friendly and responsive to any inquires. I regularly see maintenance walking the neighborhood making sure the property is well kept.Review from Apartments.com
A wonderful place to call home!
April 10, 2023I've lived here for almost 3 years & couldn't be happier! The TH are very spacious & have tons of storage space. The office staff is always pleasant & professional. Whenever I've had to place a service request it usually gets addressed within 24 hours. The maintenance crew is very friendly & efficient. They take pride in keeping the grounds up the landscaping is beautiful. I have a nice private fenced in backyard for my furry babies to enjoy..yes this is a pet friendly community ? I love that ...it's centrally located just minutes away from Webster. The community is very quiet compared to other places I've lived the neighbors are respectful. If there's ever an issue the office staff is right on it. Safety is a top priority therefore there is security that patrols the complex you can never be.too safe now a days. Hidden Creek is the best!
July 14, 2022I moved into a townhome almost 7 years ago and have been very happy here. My unit is spacious and well maintained. If I place a service call it is followed up with almost immediately. The office staff is always professional and pleasant. One thing that attracted me to the property is the landscaping. Other places that I looked at just had brown grass. I really appreciate the care taken to keep up all of the trees and flowers. The central location is great. We are right around the corner from ...Donuts Delight and Empire Blvd. It is a short trip to Webster for shopping or Elmwood Ave. for work. Maintenance and Office staff the best
April 7, 2021I moved into Hidden Creek 4 yes ago. I love this place for many reasons but most of all when I call the office for a maintenance issue Priscilla and Lynn are always pleasant and willing to help. My issue is a big deal to them. When I called yesterday and told Priscilla I had 2 maintenance issues I said they were no rush. When I got home that day both issues were corrected, one issue required a new garbage disposal and a new one was put in immediately. Keep up the great work. This tenant ...appreciates it. Couldn't Have Made A Better Choice For Our Family!
May 25, 2017I've lived at Hidden Creek for a year now. Since I move in,the staff have been nothing less than kind and helpful to myself and my family. When I put a work order in maintenance is here within 24hrs, often within 4hrs. The maintenance staff are thorough and knowledgeable and gets the job done right the first time...if they can't repair it they replace it with no problem. The office staff are very friendly and welcomes you with a smile! We live in a very very spacious two bedroom TH, with a ...finished basement that my boys use as a fully furnished man_cave.
