Not the best, but not terrible either

Basically, the price is good for anyone who can't afford the ridiculous Toronto housing prices but you get what you pay for. The building technically isn't pet-friendly, but it's clear many tenants own them anyway (could be good if you're a pet person, but bad if you want a pet-free building). The Good: Overall the surrounding area is good, the bluffs aren't far, and the building superintendent tends to take care of unit issues you report fairly quickly. The size of the units(especially the 3 ...
bedroom) is generous and it's very small but there is coin laundry in the basement (a different laundromat is a couple of blocks away). Lastly, there are numerous doctor's offices, vets, shopping/stores, grocery stores and restaurants (generic chains, mom & pop, and ethnic), etc., in the area. The Bad: Visitor parking is limited to about 10 spaces, there are occasional outbreaks of pests (mice and roaches), there are only two elevators for all 17 floors (it's not uncommon for one to be out of service), there are many unapologetic signs of management opting for cheap fixes, and there is likely some issues with the building pipes (the basement is riddled with signs of common leeks).
