Highlander Square Apartments

My first impression of the complex was horrible. Good luck getting anything fixed here, they can't even update their internet ads.

I submitted a written note to Management as per lease and no one came to fix it so I wen't to Manager and was notified that the Repair Man was good at repairing air conditioning and that He owns a trucking company, lives in Austin Texas and that he does this on the side. She tried to contact Him while I was in the Office but could not find His phone number online or in her records at that time, but stated He comes on Wednesdays. Now it has been two more Wednesdays past; since I spoke to Management and still the Air Conditioner has not been fixed. Even though they did put in a window unit in the living Area before I moved in. I explained to Management that having to get up multiple times throughout the night to regulate it because the unit is always running I have not had a full night sleep since I moved in. I guess Reasonable Time Limit to repair broken equipment means: as long as Management does not lose sleep over it or as long as they don't have to pay for qualified A/C Repair Service that does not give them the cheapest labor price. I would not recommend this Apartment Complex to my worst enemy.
