The first is the Bill Me option where additional charges will be added to your account. The second option is to use Highlands Dollars to pay for events. This will eliminate additional event charges on your bill. Highlands Dollars can be purchased in the Resident Services Office. Please feel free to reach out to the Resident Services Office with any additional questions or if you'd like to purchase a booklet of Highlands Dollars. We are always happy to assist you!

August 15, 2025A Good Place To Live On balance, I am comfortable here. There are sufficient activities for the few that chose to socialize. I do wish more tenants would join in. The exterior facilities are well kept. My only negative is that in my opinion it is taking way too long to fix the East buildings’s elevator. August 15, 2025I am very concerned with the breakdown of the elevator in the East Building at least once or twice a year since I moved here in 2015. It is especially a huge problem for residents who cannot navigate stairs or walk distances. It generally takes about a week before the necessary part arrives and the repair is done. And so it goes on. This elevator problem has overshadowed any joy I used to have in living here. So very disappointed!Review from Apartments.com

May 16, 2025Address post I do have one concern….finding the driveway into the complex is very difficult for guests coming from the south. They usually end up turning into the Advantus drive because they can’t see the Highlands sign from that angle. We need a lighted address post.Property Manager Responded
