Great Location and Price
February 15, 2019 - Review from Apartments.comHill House Apartments has a great location. It is one block south of Seattle University, making it ideal for students. It is also right next to a street car stop and a block away from major bus lines. The building itself feels very secure, as only residents have access to the front door and building stairs/elevator. The open kitchen and living room layout also makes the apartment feel very spacious!
