May 25, 2022We have lived here for a year and are not renewing or recommending this place to anyone!! The staff is constantly changing, they are only on top of things if you constantly bug them! The bug problem is insane there is roaches all types of bugs just ughh the only positive thing is the prices of the apartment but it’s so not worth the money.Property Manager Responded

Not worth it
March 26, 2021I lived here for almost a year 1/2 before breaking my lease. I am a very clean person and the complex still had waterbugs and roaches. There was also a deadly shooting in broad daylight across the street from the complex, that eventually led into the complex. There were constant car break-ins. They are under new management and it does not seem to benefit the tenants. Although the prices seem cheap or reasonable, I suggest look elsewhere.Property Manager Responded

Not Worth it
March 18, 2021I have been staying here for a year and half. Management is very pushy and rude. Especially compared to other management companies I have came in contact with. They change the way we pay rent for the 4th rime in over the last 6 months. Overall decent apartments but the management is horrible moving as soon as lease is over.Property Manager Responded

My home for 11 years
July 21, 2020I have lived here for 11 years, and I made this property my home. The staff are kind people, and the recent renovations are very beautiful. My move has nothing to do with them or my unit - I simply need a change after a long while in the same place. I live in the Magnolia floor plan, the largest of the 2BR/2Ba. The layout is PERFECT. If I could pick up my apartment and plop it down somewhere new every few years, I would do it in a minute. One day when I build a house I plan to specifically ...emulate this apartment's layout. In the very generously sized den/dining area there are two sliding glass doors. This effectively makes the entire wall a huge window. These doors open out onto a ridiculously huge patio - for real, you will NOT find a better outdoor space in Charlotte: I have two sets of patio furniture, a hammock, a cat tree and room left to exercise. It's absurd. I love it. There is a storage area off the patio that is big enough to be a third bathroom - in fact it might actually be larger than the second bathroom. That is where I have my washer/dryer hook up and HUGE remaining storage. It's ridonkulous - I love it. The patio is also accessible via the sliding glass door in the Master Suite. That is a fantastic feature, and allows fresh air to flow everywhere all at once when all the glass doors and bedroom doors are open. The master bath has a huge wrapping closet. The suite is very spacious. The second bedroom was my home office and home gym - it's that big. It's also got a full length closet that occupies an entire wall. Even more storage! The master bath is shower only, but the second bathroom includes a tub. I used this bathroom for my personal spa. I'm bougie, and I don't care if you judge me. It was fabulous, and I will miss that in my new smaller place. The kitchen is semi-open, in that there is a serving counter that faces out from the kitchen into the den. There is a dishwasher, as well as a garbage disposal. The pantries are everywhere. Like, you could put a grocery store in there. You think I'm kidding. I might live alone, but I can eat. Trust. I feel like a Hobbit after saying that. All told, if this were a condominium I would buy it and live here for another 11 years. I have been very happy here, and if you treat your space with respect and creativity (even though you rent, rather than own) you can make these units reflect yourself. You get back what you put it. I put in love, and I got back a private sanctuary.Property Manager Responded

great place to call home
February 20, 2019I Love living in these apartments. They are in a quiet area with plenty of stuff around to do. I felt right at home the day I toured with Candra . The leasing staff are all so welcoming and helpful. It's in a nice, safe area and in an overall great location. I couldn't be happier. Candra has gone above and beyond to make sure my move was as smooth as can be . The staff is always more than helpful and quick to respond to any questions I may have.
