I do not recommend these apartments.Apartment itself are big but property manager (Farrooq) is an issue. He is never available on the property and find ways to rip off your security deposit. I have lived in 3 different apartments in last 10 years and experience with Farrooq at hillmark is the only sour experience I have

I love my apartment complex! Lots of square footage for the price. I love that the price includes water and basic cable. Maintenance is always quick to respond to any issues and get them fixed. The longest I've ever waited for them after calling is about 15 minutes. It's a very quiet complex with no issues.
