Hillside Commons offers student apartments for rent in Oneonta, New York. We have amenities that are great for studying or socializing, perfect for today's busy student... Life here is anything BUT common. Our study lounges overlook the SUNY Oneonta campus and feature PC and Mac computers with large screens and are great for getting school assignments done. Our fireplace lounge and movie theater are great places for gathering with friends and we offer free waffles in our cafe every Saturday morning.     Such a cool place to live!! I honestly love the views from the upstairs lounges in the morning, you can see the campus and basically the whole valley from the top of the hill! The bus picking us up right here is also a HUGE plus because I don’t have to walk all the way down to campus lol. And the free coffee is definitely a bonus and saves me a Starbucks run. Jerid and Matt are always putting on fun events, and the Friday dinners are seriously so good!! Definitely one of the best places to stay ...

    I’ve had a great experience living at Hillside Commons. The apartments are clean, modern, and fully furnished, and having a private bathroom and in-unit laundry is a huge plus. The amenities are amazing (especially the gym and study spaces), and the shuttle to campus is super convenient. The staff is friendly and helpful, and maintenance is always quick to respond. Overall, it’s a comfortable, convenient, and really nice place to live near campus. I’d definitely recommend it.

    This is the best apartment ever!! So clean and staff is so helpful and attentive. The apartments are fully furnished and come with all appliances. They even have maintenance people on staff so if there's an issue it is handled in a timely manner.

    Hillside Commons is by far the best apartments to live in! The place is well-kept, the amenities are great, and it has a really welcoming vibe. But what really makes it stand out are the managers, Matt and Jerid. They always go out of their way to make sure residents feel at home, handling any issues fast and with a great attitude. Their hard work makes this place an awesome place to live. I’m super happy to call it home, all thanks to them and the great environment they’ve built!

    I recently went on a tour at this property trying to find somewhere off campus as a SUNY Oneonta student. I toured with Hannah, and she showed me around the property. The building was so clean, and she explained every single amenity like the movie room, the outside areas, and this was all before I saw the actual apartment. The apartment was set up beautifully, and I was honestly blown away, with the in-unit laundry and the spacious bedrooms. I have plans to move in ASAP!

    As a transfer I was dreading the thought of living on campus, I came onto apartments.com and that’s where I discovered hillside. Since moving in I’ve loved every minute here. From the gym, to the events hosted, hillside has been welcoming and a luxury. Every issue has been solved efficiently, and the staff is so kind and helpful. Hillside truly has risen past my expectations of an off campus apartment and I recommend this place to anyone hoping to live off campus at Oneonta!

    I love living here! Between the shuttle to campus and downtown on weekends, the events that are hosted, the amazing staff, and the amenities that are offered (gym, movie room, pool/ping pong), I simply cannot choose a favorite.
