Incredible place!
January 14, 2026I’ve had a great experience living at Hillside Commons. The apartments are clean, modern, and fully furnished, and having a private bathroom and in-unit laundry is a huge plus. The amenities are amazing (especially the gym and study spaces), and the shuttle to campus is super convenient. The staff is friendly and helpful, and maintenance is always quick to respond. Overall, it’s a comfortable, convenient, and really nice place to live near campus. I’d definitely recommend it.Property Manager Responded

Best complex ever !!

Great for students
February 12, 2025Hillside Commons is by far the best apartments to live in! The place is well-kept, the amenities are great, and it has a really welcoming vibe. Awesome Tour!
December 6, 2024I recently went on a tour at this property trying to find somewhere off campus as a SUNY Oneonta student. I toured with Hannah, and she showed me around the property. The building was so clean, and she explained every single amenity like the movie room, the outside areas, and this was all before I saw the actual apartment. The apartment was set up beautifully, and I was honestly blown away, with the in-unit laundry and the spacious bedrooms. I have plans to move in ASAP!Property Manager Responded

Hillside is home!
December 5, 2024As a transfer I was dreading the thought of living on campus, I came onto apartments.com and that’s where I discovered hillside. Since moving in I’ve loved every minute here. From the gym, to the events hosted, hillside has been welcoming and a luxury. Every issue has been solved efficiently, and the staff is so kind and helpful. Between the shuttle to campus and downtown on weekends, the events that are hosted, the amazing staff, and the amenities that are offered (gym, movie room, pool/ping pong), I simply cannot choose a favorite.
