Best complex ever !!
March 28, 2025This is the best apartment ever!! So clean and staff is so helpful and attentive. The apartments are fully furnished and come with all appliances. They even have maintenance people on staff so if there's an issue it is handled in a timely manner.Property Manager Responded

Great for students
February 12, 2025Hillside Commons is by far the best apartments to live in! The place is well-kept, the amenities are great, and it has a really welcoming vibe. But what really makes it stand out are the managers, Matt and Jerid. They always go out of their way to make sure residents feel at home, handling any issues fast and with a great attitude. Awesome Tour!
December 6, 2024I recently went on a tour at this property trying to find somewhere off campus as a SUNY Oneonta student. I toured with Hannah, and she showed me around the property. The building was so clean, and she explained every single amenity like the movie room, the outside areas, and this was all before I saw the actual apartment. The apartment was set up beautifully, and I was honestly blown away, with the in-unit laundry and the spacious bedrooms. I have plans to move in ASAP!Property Manager Responded

Hillside is home!
December 5, 2024As a transfer I was dreading the thought of living on campus, I came onto apartments.com and that’s where I discovered hillside. Since moving in I’ve loved every minute here. From the gym, to the events hosted, hillside has been welcoming and a luxury. Every issue has been solved efficiently, and the staff is so kind and helpful. Hillside Commons ROCKS!
