It's loud. Walls and floors are thin. Dogs are barking. People are smoking cigarettes and weed. The building is not secure. Staff is not helpful. The garbage and recycling is always overflowing. There is dog poop in the garage. It is overpriced. Pictures are not up to date. Courtyard has no charm- there's no wood, no trees. It's all dark an cement. Laundry is dirty and always broken. No vending machine. The apartments have bad layouts and almost every apartment is different. Elevator breaks down ...
and it's old and tiny. Impossible to fit a mattress bigger than a full. Carpets are from 1960 or 70 and smell that way. At least 5 different property managers in the last 6 years. Zero amenities for the price.

Poor security building is easily accessed by unwanted elements bikes are stolen from garage area and vehicles had been stolen from gated garage area. Security cameras are definitely a joke for they do not stop crime or deterrent constant unwanted traffic into building.
Washers and dryers are always broken and the price of a wash and dry is outrageous, pet owners wash their pets clothing and beds in the same washers and dryers leaving pet hair all over, there is constant water leaks into garage, ...
this building does not have ADA access ramp so it will not be suitable for a person with mobility issues, there are no fire sprinkler system inside of units bath tubs and showers heads are from the same time period when the building was constructed (1960’s)
The noise from unit to unit is high you will be able to hear your neighbors conversations due to insufficient and poor noise proofing within the walls.
Night time is extremely dark outside of the property not well lighted and there is no police patrol as you will expect being so close to BART, you get to see more transients than police roaming in this neighborhood.
It is obvious the owners do not want to spend money into the property but they increase the price base on the surrounding properties that are offering similar if not better amenities, test the drinking water before using it for personal consumption.
