Don’t expect anything to work while living here. Literally as soon as I moved in there’s always something not working for the whole building whether it be the water shutting off, electricity going out or hot water not working. We had flooding from a washing machine on the third floor that took 3-4 days for someone to do something which all they did was put an out of order sign on the laundry room door. This left the entire building with ONE washing/drying machine to use. Not to mention the ...
construction outside the building for who knows what covered everyone’s balcony’s in a thick dust and wood debris for us to clean out

We appreciate your forthright thoughts on your early experiences living at Hillside East. Although these are not the reviews we ever want to see, we understand the challenges and frustrations that come with community living and welcome your feedback.
As we don't have control over power outages, burst pipes or structure maintenance needs, we do try and manage emergencies and issues as efficiently as possible and will communicate to the community to the best of our ability.
