Not Worth The Headache

Amazing location, but everything else is horrible! Beyond the super thin walls and terrible building maintenance, you can expect to experience CONSTANT problems. The parking lot gate is often broken, so using their “secured lot” is not worth the extra monthly fee. The elevator is a crapshoot, so get ready to use the stairs. There are plumbing and electrical issues galore. I love living in Ohio City, but I would NEVER recommend Hingetown Lofts or any Insight Holdings Property.

Cheap company not worth it

Constant pest problems and leaks. The company that owns it is extremely cheap. They overcharge for what you get then will nickel and dime you any chance they have, will make up charges to keep your security deposit.

Rent at your own risk!!!!!

These apartments are beautiful but rent at your own risk!!!! No only did the management company never fix anything in the apartment but upon leaving they did not return my security deposit and tried to charge $1500 in fees .If you are looking to move to Ohio city I would recommend looking into far more reputable and ethical rental properties than this one.

I've moved to this apartment building 6 months ago and it's the best apartment ever. The tenants are awesome and the staff is very friendly and amazing. If you're looking for and awesome loft I highly recommend moving here. Pet friendly, gated community and great neighborhood. Don't miss out.
