Best ran property
July 30, 2022I lived here for a year and this place is the best ran property I've ever lived on. The staff was so friendly and helpful and any maintenance issues were fixed incredibly fast. I wasn't expecting a fabulous apartment for the price but my one bedroom was absolutely adorable!! The neighbors are quiet except for a few kiddos that run around until nightfall. If I ever have to rent an apartment again in Lawrence I'll be coming back!!!Review from Apartments.com
Holiday Apartment
September 27, 2015My move to Kansas was a smooth transition, partly because of Holiday Apartments. Their website quote "home away from home" has truly felt like it, and it is in the perfect place with a nice, quiet environment. The staff treated me well during my application and move-in process, and they made sure my apartment was set in good condition. It's at a perfect place, too, right next to the highway yet still close to central Lawrence, as well as the library and the grocery store.Review from Apartments.com
