Just moved in about a month ago! So far the neighbors are polite, the neighborhood is clean, and management overall seems very helpful and available. Rent seems reasonable for the area and it seems family oriented.

We love it here! Our apts is so big and roomy . When I was in the process of applying it seems like I had over 100 questions because I was apply for a place I never seen. Mrs. Consuelo answered every one of them. With each call she was very knowledgeable and so polite. After we moved we did have few small things that needed to to be fix. Maintenance was very nice and came within 1 day. I do recommend Holiday Gate Apts.

I can truly say when I call in for maintenance the same day they are there fixing the issue. I have been a resident for 3 years and if possible I am renewing my lease again this year and that's due to overall good rental property.

If you have run into hard times or have a few dings on your credit report you cant expect much from a place that gives you a chance when others won't. Customer service is lacking, maintenance seems to specialize in patchwork and the appliances are dated but it is the best you can get in this price range and not so great credit. If you understand that then its worth looking into. The property is sorrounded by homeowners and 2 schools so its quite and safe.
