Phenomenal place to call home

First off, the location is unbeatable. Hot girl walk? Holmes Lake is the best place to walk around, and it's just across the street! Are you an avid reader? Holmes Lake has the cutest tiny library on the property for residents. Oh, and the pool table, fitness center, outdoor fire pit, and heated pool are the coolest amenities. Everything is wonderful but the best part hands-down is the staff. Always friendly and helpful. Seriously, take the apartment and call this place home.

Moved due to continued water leaks in bathroom ceiling that were not resolved

While living here we had continuous water leaks in one of our bathrooms in our unit that were not resolved while residing there. After being told they were "repaired" it would not be long before new water spots would show up. When indicating we were moving no more effort was made to make repairs and we were told they would be made after we moved. We were also told those leaks did not result in mold even though there was a musty smell in the room. There were continuous problems with the garage ...

This Property Is A Hidden Treasure

I have lived at Holmes Lake Apartments for 20 years. In that time, they have continued to make improvements. They have repainted, put in new carpeting, a new washer and dryer, a new microwave, and a new dishwasher. They also give us at least four dinners a year, and with the pandemic, there have been at least four food trucks. Also, when something in my apartment needs attention, they promptly take care of it. I Love Living at Holmes Lake Apartments

I have lived here for more than six years and it’s the best apartment complex I have ever experienced. My apartment is has an efficient and attractive floor plan. The appliances and finishes are attractive. The entire complex is well-maintained and the staff is amazing - competent, friendly, and they know your name! I live at Holmes Lake by Broadmoor and this is my forever home. Since I moved here I have met many of the residents. What a great, diverse group of all ages and walks of life. I have made many new friends. The staff-amazing! They are always there for the residents, whenever problems arise. So friendly and knowledgeable. They care about the residents and going a great job. Since moving to Holmes Lake apartments in January 2012, I have never considered moving to another apartment complex. I find the staff is eager to help resolve any issues and very friendly. I have never been concerned when it has been necessary for them to enter my apartment when I am not home.
