I’ve been living here for a little over a year now, and I plan on staying a while. My neighbors are nice, it’s quiet most of the time, and I like the location of my apartment. The ladies in the office have been a great help with getting adjusted to apartment living here in Longview after living in a home states away for over a decade. I’d highly recommend giving them a call if you’re looking for a decent priced place to stay. The apartments are older, but it seems they maintain well and ...

My wife and I moved to Huntington hills almost two years ago. Coming from Arkansas we didn't know anyone but the manager and staff were very welcoming. Any problems we had they handled them immediately. The ladies in the office are very friendly and it's a great place to stay. Highly recommended!!!

Constant water issues due to an OLD water broiler ... we had to store big jugs of water in our living room because water was off so often! They are also very loud. We could hear everything upstairs and even the neighbors behind us peeing in the bathroom! Gross. And when we moved in it was infested with bugs. It took a full year of us buying spray and coating the apt. before they finally were gone. Worst place we have ever lived. Very glad to have moved out!!!

I've only been staying in these apartment a few months but so far I have nothing bad to say the lady in the office is very help and understanding and even though its only one man doin maintenance work he still get the job done u just have to be understanding like you would want someone to be to you so overall they get all 5 stars from me and plus my kids love it there

Maintenance is slow to respond. There is one person on their team that is great and will get your issue resolved quickly but he can't do everything by himself. The others are lazy and there is always trash everywhere in the parking lots. The grounds are dirty and there is always trash and food on the ground. I came out to my car one morning and someone left a full container with food in it right next to my car, it was disgusting. The police have been called to these apartments numerous times. I ...
keep to myself, so I'm not sure if the resident was evicted or not, but it's hard to sleep when you hear people yelling and arguing in the parking lot at 2 am. Our carpet is in desperate need of cleaning since we moved in and management refused to clean it so we had to do it ourselves. The carpet really just needs to be taken out and should never have been left in when we moved in. It had stains in it from the previous resident. Other than that, rent is reasonable and most people keep to themselves. You get what you pay for.

I've lived here going on two years now, its been a great place to call home. The girls in the office are always sweet and are always on top of anything you ask them for. Whenever I need anything fixed or replaced they have maintenance out quickly! Both Heather and Whitney are very helpful and quickly responsive. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for decent pricing and cute spaces to live!

I have been at Huntington Hills for two years now. Once property managers changed the property has become so much nicer. The maintenance crew is always friendly, fast, and you can tell they put pride in their work. I don't think I could find a better property in Longview for the rent that I pay. I am proud to call this home.
