I would give this place more than five stars if I could. Beautiful setting in a gated community. The grounds are beautiful, clean, and quiet and I can't wait to move in. I visited the property several times to inquire about my position in the waiting list and the manager Fabeola is very helpful and professional. Many thanks for your patience and understanding. It sure makes the decision to move here easier.

I couldn't imagine living in any other apartment community!

I have lived at Huntington Pointe for over 8 years. It is close to the beach, shopping, and many restaurants. The walls are a little thin but neighbors are respectful of noise and time of day. Staff, specifically Terry and Lou, are amazing and always helpful. If I need something worked on it is immediately taken care of.

Huntington Pointe is located less than a mile from Pacific Coast Highway where there is a scenic bike path, great waves for surfing and good eating establishments. Every week there is a farmers market as well as shopping on Main Street. And that's just half of the story. On the other side of town, there are many outdoor shopping malls as well as an inside mall, The Westminster Mall. On the weekend, a swap meet is located on the corner of Goldenwest and Edinger with plenty of parking.

The apartments are very old and things need replacing a lot. Manager is hardly in the office and doesn't answer phone. Grounds not well lit. I would not recommend this complex.

I visited the property to relocate to. Manager helped me right away despite being busy with tenants and other interested guests. Was impressed at the cleanliness of the unit, pool and grounds. Hoping to get approval and relocate soon to enjoy the beach and shopping all around the complex.
